How to Join:

  1. The applicant must be legally registered in Macao and provide the document(s) below:
    • Business Tax – Form M/1, or other business license(s);
    • Business Tax – Form M/8; (*if applicable)
    • Registry Information of the Company. (*if applicable)
  2. Complete the forms below, and submit to us together with the above mentioned document(s) via e-mail at: gs1macau@cpttm.org.mo for prequalification:

Membership Fee:

Once the qualification is verified, an invoice of membership fee (including an entry fee of $3,000 and an annual fee of $2,600) will be issued, and the registration process will be completed within 5 working days after your payment is received.

Notes:

  1. As our member, we will provide you an account which you can generate G-TIN (a number with 13 digits) for your product(s).
  2. Member who fails to pay the annual fee before the payment due date, the membership will be automatically expired and be terminated without prior notice.
  3. Once a member’s subscription is cancelled, GS1 Macao, China has the right to re-allocate its prefix and the ex-member has to bear all consequences and loss if it continues to use the prefix.
  4. Any member who wishes to re-join the association after expiry or termination of its membership will be considered as a new member and therefore, will be required to pay entry fee and annual fee again.
